In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), I hereby give my explicit consent to Sivas University of Science and Technology (“University”) for the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of my personal data by data controller for the purposes specified below:

To organize and manage events, seminars, and similar activities,

To conduct reporting, statistical analysis, and similar studies,
To share my personal data with third parties, service providers, and institutions in Turkey and abroad within the scope of the University’s activities and in compliance with the Law.
I acknowledge that I have been informed about my rights under Article 11 of the Law, including the right to access, delete, and object to the processing of my personal data, and the right to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
By accepting this document, I confirm that I have read and understood the Information Notice provided by the University and voluntarily consent to the processing of my personal data as described above.
